Match Menu Selection

This form must be completed at least 4 weeks prior to the Match date, you will then receive an event document from the golf office at least 10 days before the Match date. Please revert with any changes or updates at least 7 days prior to the Match date. 

On the day of the event, a list of members taking part in the Match must be given to David Kemp or Jane Joyce in finance to charge accordingly.
