Moor Park Covid-19 Secure Guidance for Events 

Please read through the details below which describe Moor Park's responsibility and you and your guest's responsibility to ensure Moor Park remains Covid-19 Secure. The welfare of you and your guests is of utmost importance to us and we hope you understand and respect the procedures described below to keep everyone safe. 

What are we doing to keep you safe?

1. We have a one-way system in place around the Mansion to ensure the safety of our guests.
2. We are adhering to the governments Track and Trace details and ensuring all visitors complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to arrival.
3. We are restricting the number of people able to go to the bar from any visiting groups.
4. We are enforcing the 2m distance rule throughout the Mansion including in our queueing and service system from the bar.
5. We will detail any areas of the Mansion that are not accessible for your guests to lessen the risk of exposure to other people in the Mansion.
6. We have designated toilets in place for your guests and cleaning regimes are heightened in these areas.
7. We have designated hand sanitiser untis around the Mansion and will provide a specific hand sanitiser for your event.
8. All guests will be required to wear a mask in all area's of the Mansion unless seated. 
9. All guests will be required to abide by the rule of six both inside and outside. 
10. We will assign a member of the Moor Park Team to meet the organiser of your event and explain the above in more detail and answer any questions you may have. 
11. Drink service guidelines:
    1. All drinks should be pre-ordered prior to arrival
    2. Our team will either distribute these drinks on the seating tables as instructed or provide a drinks station table where all the drinks and glasses will be placed
    3. All items placed on the drinks table will be sanitised 
    4. Any additional drinks will need to be ordered with a member staff and will be bought to your table. 
12.  Plated food service guidelines:
    1. Staff will wear full PPE including gloves and masks
    2. All items on table will be sanitised before use
    3. Plates will be served to each table in turn
    4. After completion staff will collect plates
13. Buffet food service guidelines:
    1. The staff members will wear PPE including gloves and masks
    2. All plates and serving utensils will be sanitised before use
    3. Cutlery and sauce sachets will be placed on the seating tables
    4. Guests must only visit the buffet table in groups of 4 and ensure they stand at the 2m queuing positions as outlined on the floor
    5. The guest must stand back 2 meters from the table
    6. The staff members will serve the guest and place the plate at the end of the service table and stand back
    7. The guest can then take their plate and return to their table
    8. Where possible we ask guest to help us reduce the contact between staff and their guest by placing their empty plate and cutlery on the designated empties table. Alternatively staff will come to collect plates from you at your table.

Your/Guests Responsibility

1. If any of your group have Covid-19 symptoms they must not attend your event.
2. The organiser must send a list of guest names prior 3 days before the event.
3. All guests must remain 2m apart at all times unless from the same household.
4. Ensure that all guests follow the rule of six at all times inside and outside. 
5. Ensure all guests complete the online Covid-19 screening questionnaire before arrival. Any guest who has not completed the screening questionaire may have a delay in joining the event. Click Here to access the screening questionnaire. 
6. Ideally all drinks should be pre-ordered and placed in your private function room. All other drinks will be table service.
7. Ensure your guests only visit the designated areas for your event and the designated toilet facilities.
8. Ensure all guests follow good hygeine which includes regular washing of hands following the NHS guidance as displayed in the areas.
9. No physical contact with any guests unless from the same household. This includes handshaking, hugging or kissing. 
10. Ensure all guest follow the food service guidelines as detailed above.
11. If guest go outside then they are allowed to socialise with up to 6 people from different households but we ask they guest remain at a 2m distancing
12. If any of your group test postive for Covid-19 within 21 days of your event you must inform Moor Park Golf Club so we can activiate our track and trace procedures
13. During a wedding ceremony, all guests are required to wear face coverings expect the Bride and Groom. 
14. All guests must wear, a face covering at all times in the Mansion unless they are seated

Please note we reserve the right to change any of the above guidelines in accordance with any changes the Government make to their advice.
